This is an interactive workshop that provides nutritional and behavioral guidance on how to optimize and enhance your brain’s capabilities. The class is held monthly with 16 slots available.

Resilience Workshop: Mindfulness (45 min)

The objective of Mindfulness is to practice controlling where the mind goes and focus on values and strengths during a stressful situation, not the situation itself. The class will cover informal and formal mindfulness strategies followed by a mindful activity.

Best S.E.L.F. – Behavioral (60 min)

Join us for a class on learning actions you can take to sustain your wellness plan and achieve your goals, including increasing motivation and consistency. These techniques will positively affect many facets of your health.

This class is a part of the Best S.E.L.F. program for airmen who want to better themselves before or after their waist-to-height measurement and is highly recommended for those in the high-risk category.
