We have a class just for you! Join us for a course on running fundamentals to include proper technique, progression, injury prevention, and shoe selection.
Please bring your running shoes as we will start in the classroom and then proceed to the track.

Best S.E.L.F. – Exercise (60 min)

Join us for a comprehensive class on the importance of exercise to decrease health risks. We will learn the science of exercise physiology, increasing mobility, and building resistance and cardio programs.
This class is a part of the Best S.E.L.F. program for airmen who want to better themselves before or after their waist-to-height measurement and is highly recommended for those in the high-risk category.
