- BEST S.E.L.F Behaviorial – Classes 3rd TUE Monthly – 9AM-10AM (60 min)
- Healthy Heart (Cholesterol & hyperlipidemia)
- 3rd Wednesday Monthly – 1:00pm- 2:00pm
- 4th Wednesday Monthly – 1:00pm – 2:00pm
- Cooking Demonstrations – In our kitchen/classroom or at your worksite

BEST S.E.L.F – Nutrition (Formerly Better Body Better Life BBBL Class)
The Air Force BEST S.E.L.F. Nutrition, BEST S.E.L.F Behaviorial, Diabetes 101, and Healthy Heart classes are designed to help individuals seeking to lose and maintain their weight and enjoy an overall healthy lifestyle. It includes general information on nutrition, physical activity and behavioral issues dealing with weight and lifestyle issues through facilitated classroom discussions and hands-on activities.
The BEST S.E.L.F Nutrition covers fundamental nutrition concepts. If a member does not meet minimum standards on a PT test and is mandated by leadership to attend a Healthy Living Class, attending classes listed above fulfills this requirement.
