Happy New Year! We are coming back from the holidays hopefully all refreshed and ready to achieve our goals, milestones, and more! A great way to continue to feel refreshed and healthy is practicing mindful eating. Holidays are full of great food shared with friends and family which at times may not be the healthiest of options.

Mindful eating is not a diet, calorie counting, or extreme restrictions. It is a lifestyle which allows you to be in the moment and reflect on your surroundings, actions, and the food.
