W.I.N.Gs and the Med Group are hosting a Breast Cancer Awareness Color 5K run 21 October 2022 at 0800. A 1K walk will also be available for families who want to bring out their strollers or dogs. There will be an info booth, professional DJ to hype everyone up, and a food truck (La Yaquesita) to sustain us after the run!
The race will have a $20 charge and come with a commemorative t-shirt and running bib picked up at the registration table on run day. Register by 14 October to receive a t-shirt, any registrants after 14 October will be discounted to $10 and be counted toward our donations.
ALL donations received will be given to the Breast Cancer Aid and Research Institute!
1 in 8 woman will be affected by breast cancer in their lifetime, 1 in 833 men will be affected by breast cancer in their lifetime, these are our friends, our family, our co-workers. Come show support and don’t forget THINK PINK, bring out the tutus, the glitter, all the pink you can and lets make this an awesome event!
